MATTHEW C. WHITAKER is a Manchester-based musician and composer, best known for his work with cosmic prog-rave outfit HENGE, releasing four acclaimed albums and touring widely. Alongside this, he pursues a solo practice, from his 2016 debut Man With the Anvil Hat to his forthcoming Songs for the Weary (2026), blending classical guitar, strings, and electronics in richly textured soundscapes.
