Blood Red Shoes | Gorilla

Hi we are Blood Red Shoes, a duo of Laura-Mary Carter (guitar and vocals) and Steven Ansell\n\n(drums and vocals). We’ve been around for more than two decades, just the two of us, making\nrecords, touring the world, building our own little universe for ourselves and anyone who wants\nto join us. We like to call ourselves a rock band because that means almost nothing at all and\nwe find that funny, partly because we actually are definitely a rock band.\n\nIn 2026 we’re releasing our first new music in 4 years, which was entirely written, produced and\nmixed by us, something we’re quite proud of. We’re heading out on our first full tour since we\nplayed our 20th anniversary shows in 2024, we’re going across UK and EU with a set full of\nsongs taken from all of our albums and whole load of our new music. The shows will be as loud\nas your country’s laws allow us to be.
