Harmony’s Music Club – Carnival of the Animals will take place in the Barbirolli Room
Harmony’s Music Club brings its acclaimed piano trio version of Carnival of the Animals to The Bridgewater Hall, following sell-out performances across Surrey and at Hexham Abbey Festival of Music and Art. Saint-Saëns’ iconic score is reimagined with warmth, creativity, and humour, performed by narrator, violin, cello, and piano in an arrangement that vividly brings each animal to life.
Prepare to meet a menagerie of musical characters, enhanced by imaginative props—from shimmering fish to majestic lions—and accompanied by the wonderfully witty poems of Jack Prelutsky, which add charm and narrative spark throughout the performance.
This family-friendly concert has been a hit with audiences of all ages, offering a joyful, accessible, and artistically rich introduction to classical music.
