KITTY COEN is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter whose sound blends alt-rock, indie pop, and what she calls western witch rock — a moody, atmospheric mix of rock, Western influences, and dark, cinematic energy.
She released her debut full-length album HELLCAT in April 2024, centred on empowerment, emotional honesty, and reclaiming identity. Drawing from Southern roots, 90s rock influences, and a strong visual/witchy aesthetic, Kitty has quickly become a standout act with a growing international audience.
Kitty Coen blends western inspired country with dreamy indie pop and cinematic alt rock, creating a sound often described as “Tim Burton meets country.” Her music lives in a witchy, desert born universe that draws comparisons to Lana Del Rey, Stevie Nicks, Miley Cyrus, and Chappell Roan. After introducing her haunted heart storytelling on ☆HELLCAT☆, she returned with Conversations with the Moon (October 2025), a cosmic and emotionally charged country project. With smoky, intimate vocals and a vividly built world, Coen is emerging as a standout voice in the new wave of country and alt western music.
