John Jones is best known as the powerful and charismatic singer of Oysterband, one of the most influential and enduring folk-rock and roots bands on the UK music scene. Celebrated by critics and audiences alike, Oysterband have earned numerous music awards and built a formidable reputation through decades of touring and recording. They are festival veterans, having graced the stages of Glastonbury, Wickham, Shrewsbury, Tønder and countless other major events across the UK and Europe.

Now, in 2026, John is taking to the road once more, combining new music with old friendships. Joined by longtime collaborators Ray Cooper — also known as Chopper — and Al Scott, the tour promises a rich mix of experience, storytelling, and musical fire, drawing on a shared history while looking firmly ahead.
